Having a great time. The Staff, Students and Residents are so friendly... and funny, not laughed so much in a long time.
My daily routine is as follows -
Wake 6 am
Meditation 6.30 - 7.30 am
Breakfast 7.30 - 8 am
Daily mindfulness class 8.30 - 9.30 am
Yoga 10 - 11.30 am
Lunch 12.30 - 1.30 pm
Gardening 1.30 - 5.30 pm
Dinner 6 - 7 pm
Daily teachings class 7.30 - 9.30 pm
Shower and quiet time 9 pm - 6 am
