What a day !!!!!!. I stopped almost only to eat , drink or attend the mandatory classes. I am a little sore, very tired but happy.

Todays lesson -
Be friendly to the happy,
Compassionate to the sad,
Delighted for the virtuous,
Indifferent to those who are bad.
